Terms of Service

In this agreement, "the Company" means Smooth Agency and whoever they partner with. "The Games" is any mobile simulation game we make. These break down into two parts: (a) the game server, or "Server", which the Company or its vendors run and maintain; (b) the game client, or "Client", that you run on your phone.

1. Grant of a Limited License

You can play the Games if you accept these terms and follow them. You can't: (a) use the Games for anything commercial or outside personal fun; (b) use cheats, hacks, exploits, unauthorized software, or modify the client; (c) provide any unauthorized way to access the Games, like private servers or custom matching; (d) mess with the Games in any way—the Servers, Clients, or how other players experience it; (e) break any law or rule by playing.

2. Eligibility

You're saying you have the legal right to agree to this in your area, or you're a parent or guardian accepting it for a minor.

3. Ownership

The Company or its partners own everything in the Games. That's player accounts, source code, executables, writing, graphics, models, visuals, audio, and music. All of it.

4. User Accounts

The Company can suspend, delete, or change your account whenever it wants without telling you first.

5. Indemnity

The Company isn't responsible for anything that goes wrong when you play. That includes lost characters, items, accounts, progress, data, or device damage. Service interruptions aren't their problem either. Connection drops, access errors, bugs, lag—none of it. You're agreeing to cover any loss, claim, liability, expense, or damage the Company faces because of how you use the Games.

6. Termination

The Company can end this agreement whenever it decides to, for any reason, with no notice.

7. Changes to this Agreement or the Games

The Company can change this agreement or the Games whenever it wants.
